消防安全
1. 发现火灾時
1)首先发现火灾者应立刻启动火灾手拉警报系统,并立即拨打911报告。确认火灾地点。
2) 当轻微火灾发生时,立刻使用灭火器。
3)当严重火灾发生时,立刻离开现场或房间,并将所有的门关上。
4)如果身上衣服着火,即刻就地翻滚。
2.如果听见火灾报警:立刻疏散(见学校火灾疏散图)。
3. 倘若被浓烟困住:老师应指示学生和助教蹲下,并尽可能屏息。呼吸时以衣服掩鼻,用鼻腔轻浅呼吸,并设法立即离开现场。

2. 只拿必要的个人物品,不可拖延。避免拿增加危险或易溅洒的物品。
3. 老师务必指示学生和助教达到指定的集合地点,并负责清点班上的学生和助教人数。
4. 老师向校长报告学生和助教的疏散状况,及是否有受伤人员和失踪事情。
5. 留在指定的集合地点直到得到校长进一步指示。
6. 当老师接到回教室的指示后,需负责全班的学生和助教确实回到教室,若任何人没有回到教室,立即向校长报告。
如遇下课休息时间:
1. 老师指示学生和助教离开火警现场,到指定地点。不可以跑步。
2. 值班家长们在集合处,依照年级分派学生到各班集合。
3. 各班老师清点班上学生和助教人数。
4. 老师向校长报告期班上学生和助教疏散状况,及是否有受伤或人员失踪事情。
5. 留在指定的集合地点直到得到校长进一步指示。

5. 校长需向消防警察通报学生、家长及校工火灾的疏散状况,并报告各班失踪人员。
6. 在得到消防警察宣布建筑物已恢复安全状况,并允许进入的情况下,各班级老师在校长指示下,由老师或轮值家长协助下回教室。

1. 当火灾发生时需巡逻校园一周以确定教室内师生均已全部疏散。检查各教室确定无人被困于教室。
2. 向校长报告疏散状况。
3. 在指定的集合地点等候校长的进一步指示,并协助校长传达指令。
4. 当火灾扑灭后,再次依据防火安全措施巡逻校区,并向校长汇报最后状况。

校园安全措施
老师注意事项
1. 上课铃响后,各班老师清点班上的学生和助教人数。
2. 上课铃响5分钟后,若有学生或助教仍未回到教室,应立即向办公室报告。
3. 任何时候,如果有任何来自教室或外来的威胁,请立即向办公室报告。
校長及副校長注意事項
当发生“学生失踪状况”时
1. 指派当天轮值交通指挥家长及行政人员在校园和各教室寻找失踪学生。
2. 当在校园和教室遍寻不着学生,当立即联络学生家长。
3. 在前述措施后,若仍无法找到学生时,校长应立刻报警处理,并通知学生家长目前状况。
当受到任何威胁时
1. 应立即报警处理。
2. 若接到报告本校学生打架事件发生时,校长应试着平息事件,若情况无法改善,应立即报警处理。

任何访客(学生家长不在此限)必须到办公室的访客名单上签名,填上来访目的并填写离开时间。

迟到/早退的程序:
所有家长在已上课期间送学生或带学生离开学校,都必须到办公室签到及签退。此规定不包括正常上下课时间接送

轮值交通指挥家长的任务
1. 轮值交通指挥家长在下课时间负责监督学生,包括劝导学生勿爬树、破坏公物、玩危险游戏、互相追逐所导致的混乱,甚至纠正行为不检点的学生等。
2. 轮值交通指挥家长在上课铃响后,巡逻校园以确定所有学生已回到教室上课。
3. 当发现学生在上课后仍在校园内走动,需询问学生姓名、班级和教室。督促平陪同学生尽快回到教室。
4. 若有特殊情况发生,例如该学生拒绝回到教室,立即带学生向办公室报告。
5. 如果受到任何胁迫或危险状况,立即向办公室报告。
6. 若发现非本校师生或家长等不明人员在校园游荡,必须督促其离开本校。

临时停课办法
于原定的上课日,如遇下雪或其他恶劣气候,为顾及学生、家长及教职员工的安全,需停课一天,当日全部活动取消。
1. 停课決定
由校长依气象预报,路况勘察或教育部门消息而决定,并通知相关教职员工协助执行。
2. 停课通知
听课通知于上课日之前或当日上午八时以前发出。
3. 紧急通知办法
电话通知或微信群通知,收到家长回复信息视为通知送达。
由校长及指定的协助人员通知全部教职员工,各部人员职责如下:
(1)校长通过电话或微信通知全部教职员工。
(2)副校长通过家长微信群通知所有学生家长停课信息。
(3)各班班主任老师及时跟进微信信息,确认得到每位家长的信息回复。如果没有及时得到家长的微信回复,各班老师需及时电话通知家长确认。
(4)如遇下雪或其他恶劣气候,学生家长出门前可上网查看当地的教育部们发出的停课信息。
Fire Protection and Campus Safety Measures

1. In case of fire:
1) The first person discovering a fire should immediately activate the manual fire alarm system and dial 911 to report, confirming the fire location.
2) For minor fires, use a fire extinguisher immediately.
3) For major fires, leave the area or room at once and close all doors.
4) If clothes catch fire, stop, drop, and roll immediately.

3. If trapped by heavy smoke: teachers should instruct students and assistants to crouch low, hold their breath as much as possible, cover their nose with clothing, breathe lightly through the nose, and try to exit the scene immediately.

1. Teachers should instruct students and assistants to leave the fire area immediately, but no running is allowed.
2. Only take essential personal belongings; do not delay. Avoid carrying dangerous or spillable items.
3. Teachers must ensure students and assistants arrive at the designated assembly point and count the number of students and assistants.
4. Teachers report the evacuation status of their class, including any injuries or missing persons, to the principal.
5. Remain at the designated assembly point until further instructions from the principal.
6. Once instructed to return to classrooms, teachers must ensure that all students and assistants return. If anyone is missing, the teacher must report it to the principal immediately.
If evacuation occurs during recess:
1. Teachers instruct students and assistants to leave the fire area and go to the designated assembly point. No running.
2. On-duty parents at the assembly site help organize students by grade into their respective classes.
3. Teachers count the number of students and assistants.
4. Teachers report the evacuation status of their class, including any injuries or missing persons, to the principal.
5. Remain at the designated assembly point until further instructions from the principal.

Principal and Vice Principal duties:
1. Direct office staff and assistants to leave the fire area immediately, without running.
2. Only take essential personal belongings; do not delay. Avoid carrying dangerous or spillable items.
3. Ensure all office staff and assistants reach the designated assembly point and conduct a headcount.
4. Wait for reports from teachers on the evacuation status of each class.
5. Report the evacuation status of students, parents, and staff to the fire department, including missing persons.
6. When the fire department declares the building safe to re-enter, teachers, under the principal’s instructions, escort students back to classrooms with assistance from on-duty parents if needed.

1. Patrol the campus during a fire to ensure all teachers and students have evacuated. Check each classroom to confirm no one is trapped inside.
2. Report the evacuation status to the principal.
3. Wait at the designated assembly point for further instructions and assist the principal in communicating directives.
4. After the fire is extinguished, patrol the campus again following fire safety procedures and report the final status to the principal.

Campus Safety Measures
Teachers’ responsibilities:
1. After the class bell rings, teachers must count the number of students and assistants.
2. Five minutes after the bell, if any student or assistant has not returned to class, report immediately to the office.
3. At any time, if there is a threat inside or outside the classroom, report it immediately to the office.
Principal and Vice Principal responsibilities:
In case of a missing student:
1. Assign the on-duty traffic parent and staff to search the campus and classrooms.
2. If the student is not found, contact the parents immediately.
3. If the student is still not located, call the police at once and inform the parents of the situation.
In case of threats:
1. Call the police immediately.
2. If a student fight is reported, the principal should attempt to de-escalate. If the situation cannot be controlled, call the police immediately.

Visitor regulations:
All visitors (excluding student parents) must sign in at the office visitor log, state the purpose of their visit, and record their departure time.Late arrival/early dismissal procedure:Any parent who drops off or picks up a student during class hours must sign in and out at the office. This does not apply to regular drop-off and pick-up at the start and end of the school day.

1. Supervise students during recess, including discouraging tree climbing, vandalism, dangerous games, and rough chasing, and correcting inappropriate behavior.

3. If a student is still wandering, ask for their name, class, and room, and escort them back to class.
4. If a student refuses to return, take the student to the office immediately.
5. If faced with threats or dangerous situations, report to the office immediately.
6. If unknown individuals (not students, parents, or staff) are found loitering, they must be asked to leave.

Emergency School Closure Procedures
In case of snow or severe weather on a scheduled school day, classes and activities will be canceled for the safety of students, parents, and staff.
1. Decision-making:
The principal decides based on weather forecasts, road conditions, or education department announcements and notifies staff to implement.
2. Notification:
Closure announcements will be issued before the school day or by 8:00 AM on the day of closure.
3. Emergency notifications:
Parents are notified by phone or WeChat group messages, and receipt of confirmation from parents counts as notification delivered.
(1)The principal and designated staff notify all employees.
(2)The vice principal informs parents via the parent WeChat group.
(3)Homeroom teachers confirm receipt of messages from every parent via WeChat; if no response is received, teachers must call parents directly.
(4)Parents may also check local education department announcements online for closure information during snow or severe weather.
